MILESTONE
With our team working day and night to give the best outcomes to our clients, Sia Engineering Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been able to showcase milestones which bring stars our name. These milestones have helped us strengthen our foundation and push us further to work towards the growth. The journey had hurdles, walls high and low bounding us behind but we have broken through each of them through innovation, precision and continuous evaluation of our work.
The journey of Sia Electric began in the year of 2008 when the visionary young entrepreneurs Mr. Jay Dossani and Mrs. Krina Dossani started working with the business of trading of panel accessories like meters, accessories etc. It kept growing along for years finding a major break in 2014.
Our Journey
During the years 2014-2015, Sia Sales took the name Sia Sales Corporation and switched to transitioned towards major success by undertaking designing electro-mechanical and manufacturing customised projects from clients ranging from pumping stations for water and waste water management.
2014 - 2015
- Sia Electric transformed and leveraged into Sia Sales Corporation.
- An exponential jump scurried the growth by taking in hand the design work of customised electro-mechanical projects in field of water and waste water management.
2015 - 2016
- Expanded business to deliver design to executions of projects for a number of industries.
- Became technology partners with companies like a USA based MNC for water and waste water solutions
- Expanded manufacturing capabilities of LT Control Panels moving to Odhav from Sarkhej
- Dealt with various projects to serve in the field of Electrical contracts.
2016 - 2017
- Opened and started operating a new factory
- Generated a lot more orders after successfully executing 1 MLD STP Electro-Mechanical project
- Began journey with private industries by then executing their turnkey projects successfully.
- A lot of namely consultants and agencies recognized us and gave approval of our work
- Enhanced working experience with a reputed client by elaborating their STP technologies to EPC contractors.
- The opportunities kept growing from there, as we learnt various technologies in LT control Panels
2017 - 2018
- Shifted production and office near the new purchased land to enhance the business as well as bringing growth by building of the new factory
- Expanded portfolio by adding Smart Panels, Redundancy PLC and more products to our services list
- Designed and implemented projects with upgradation like Fire Safety System, HVAC and CCTV work
- Moved and expanded the business PAN-India by working in major states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka
- Hired highly skilled talent on our team to enhance the work force experience
- Due to continuous hustle, it brought us growth of 3.5 times when compared to the previous financial year.
- Sia Sales Corporation achieved heights and set new benchmark of growth and customer services in 2019 after achieving threefold growth in 2018.
2018 - 2019
- The learning never stopped in our company. New technologies like DCS, advanced chlorination and advanced instrumentation were added to our knowledge base
- The work force size was increased by more than five time to help execute projects in better way
- Strategic core component partnership with well-known Schneider Electric for IE61439 panels
- Sia Sales Corporation became a registered trademark and started the journey as A class electric contractor
- The new plant for facilitated with upgraded and latest technologies
- ERP systems were implemented for better management
- Safety for staff and systems were increased in the premises along with setting it up for work and delivering services with high quality
- A sophisticated test bench that has been specifically built to pay close attention to panel quality criteria during internal testing and FAT was installed
- All the work was shifted to new premises in the October of 2018
- Opened a new Plant in February, 2019.
